Popis:	The syntheses of several new derivatives of PnAO and their chloronitroso precursors are described. The PnAOs were prepared by an improvement of the reported general procedure. An unexpected product, an isooxalone, was formed while attempting to prepare 1-carbomethoxyl-PnAO.
