| Popis: | A vital issue of great concern to professionals who engage in psychological assessment in the conduct of their private practices has recently arisen on a national scale. The issue involves the qualifications of test users. In a number of states Boards of Examiners in Psychology have been challenging mental health professionals who are not psychologists in an effort to restrain them from using certain psychological tests. This article discusses the controversies that have erupted since 1994 on the issue of who is qualified to use psychological tests. |
