Popis:	Algorithms of solving optimal control problems of dynamic systems with terminal and phase constraints are constructed. Control systems with nonlinear input and quasi-linear control systems are considered. Algorithms of solving problems with convex quadratic and non-smooth cost functionals are proposed. A network method for solution of nonlinear programming problems is suggested. The corresponding software of optimal control problems is listed. The principles of synthesis of flexible feedback optimal control are justified. Results of computer experiments are given.
