Popis:	Atrophy of the caudate nucleus in Huntington’s disease, measured as a decrease in cross-sectional area on axial CT brain scan, correlates with severity of symptoms, but not their duration, nor whether clinical presentation was predominantly with cognitive impairment or movement disorder. The implications are discussed.
