Popis: | A mathematical model of the genetic regulatory system of the SOS‐response induced by ultraviolet radiation in excision repair‐deficient mutants of E. coli bacterial cells is developed. On the basis of the model, the dynamics of the SOS system regulatory proteins is analyzed. The influence of excision repair on the induction of the key gene products during the SOS‐response is studied. |
