Popis: This paper focus on biotechnology research in the separation of nano particles, the hot embossing process technology is used to design and produce a fast separation of nano particles within embedded QCM electrodes into the flow channel as one of the DEP electrodes, the DEP-QCM chip to enable rapid detection of separation. This DEP-QCM chip as a test platform to confirm the separation efficiency.
