A Geoecological Route winds through three Conservation Units of the Ararangua Coast, with interpretive panels placed in 2017, currently undergoing renovation. Panels are important allies for Science Education. In this study we present the experience of two courses aimed at local primary school teachers, with theory and field trip parts, as well as the filling of Google forms, which serve as a database for the co-creation of new content and layout of the panels. The authors observed that teachers were unaware of conservation and information instruments regarding the local natural environment, and that the main difficulty in making field trips is transportation. Participation of the teachers in the co-creation and articulation of transport solutions by the Department of Tourism of the municipality could stimulate the teachers to make more field trips in their teaching practices. Thus, they could contribute to the formation of critical and active citizens for conservation of the local natural environment. |
