Popis: | The Digital Signal Processor (DSP) has a mature and extensive application in the control and protection of medium and low voltage and medium and small power electronic devices, but there are some shortcomings in the control and protection application of high voltage and high power electronic devices, such as single time scale and difficulty in increasing the controllable semaphore. Aiming at high voltage and high power electronic devices, this paper designs a multi-time scale controller based on DSP, FPGA, and CPLD. Among them, DSP completes millisecond algorithm operation and logic control; FPGA performs microsecond AD sampling and PWM signal generation; CPLD realizes signal level PWM signal detection and fault blocking. The main control board and peripheral plug-in board are separated on the controller hardware to improve the expansibility of the controller. Finally, the feasibility of the controller design is proved by experiments. |
