Popis: | The method of formation of the assessment of the level of comfort and ecological well-being in the region on the basis of five groups of heterogeneous indicators, such as: the state of the atmosphere in large cities, water quality, environmental management in the region, the impact of the environmental environment on the health of the population, the dynamics of disasters in the region. The time series of the corresponding statistical indicators for the Rostov region, as well as the data of remote sensing of the earth are used as initial data. The technique is based on the use of standard fuzzy multilevel [0, 1]- classifiers. The technique allows analyzing each sphere according to the complex of the most important heterogeneous indicators, as well as forming a numerical evaluation of the sphere based on the level of individual indicators and their dynamics. The system of fuzzy conclusions allows to aggregate the formed estimates into the final assessment of the region, which determines the level of ecological well-being of the region and allows to make an appropriate rating of the regions. The technique has versatility, allows you to change and Supplement the complexes of the studied indicators for each of the areas, as well as to change the weight coefficients of indicators in accordance with the opinion of environmental experts. The technique was tested on the example of the Rostov region. |
