Popis:	It is well known that sinus tract cancer can occur in patient with chronic osteomyelitis, but the frequency of appearance is arround 0.5% and not very common.We report a case of squamous cell carcinoma arising from sinus tract with chronic osteomyelitis in the right lower extremity.Roentgenologically osteolytic change was observed, and pathologically the lesion was diagnosed as adenoid squamous cell carcinoma.The patient was performed an above the knee amputation and treated by administration of Pepleomycin (total 135mg) postoperatively.At eight months after the operation, no recurrence or metastasis was recognized. The long term obsevation will be necessary in the future.
