Popis: | The article presents the results of Mamdani modeling for estimation cutting capacities of abrasive wheels in flat grinding of high-speed cutting plates HS18-0–1. Surface quality parameters of estimation: roughness – Ra, Rmax, Sm; accuracy form – EFEmax, EFEa, EFEq and microhardness HV. Result of modeling was showed the optimal abrasive wheels by all parameter of ground surface quality HSCPs – 5SG46I12VXP, 25AF46M12V5-PO, 5SG60K12VXP and 5NQ46I6VS3 with the greatest values of the desirability function. |
