A CC IPT hybrid topology with High Misalignment Tolerant

Popis: This paper introduced a kind of wireless power transmission system with misalignment tolerance, which integrates the advantages of traditional bilateral LCC compensation and SS compensation to make the system work normally under the condition of misalignment. This system can be used in many fields such as wireless charging of multi-small systems, wireless charging of electric vehicles and aerospace applications. In this paper, a new type of LCT (Loosely Coupling Transfer) named DDIP is designed and analyzed to cooperate the topology, the misalignment figure of each structure in the certain direction is obtained. The application advantages of these LCTs and their advantages and disadvantages in this system are analyzed. Finally, according to the simulation results, the prototype with A size of 260mmx260mm LCT was built. The efficiency of the prototype was more than 85%, and the output current of the system had certain anti-deviation ability. Under the condition of limit deviation (130mm).
