The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Development of proposals on the content of advertising appeals (on the example of the company "H&M" LLC) ».This work is devoted to the development of advertising appeals for new student clients, based on the identified customer expectations by Meansâends method. The main objectives of this work are:1. Formulation of the problem based on the assessment of the state of the company, analysis of its external environment and competitors.2. Theoretical study of marketing research, the choice of a method for solving the problem.3. Development of proposals on the content of advertising appeals based on the conducted research.In this paper, a method of collecting primary data is used, namely, a survey of respondents using a Googleâform, based on the results of which a Meansâends study is conducted.Based on the analysis of the company, the problem of disinterest of a part of the target audience â students in the company's clothing was revealed.Based on the conducted survey and identified customer expectations, proposals have been made on the content of advertising appeals that will interest the target audience in question and increase the company's sales. |
