Popis: | Two new series of tetracyanamidogermanates were prepared by solid-state reaction of appropriate amounts of REF3 (RE = rare earth), A2[GeF6] (A = alkaline), and Li2(CN2) in evacuated silica tubes. Powder X-ray diffraction patterns of crystalline samples of KRE[Ge(CN2)4] and CsRE[Ge(CN2)4] were indexed isotypically to KRE[Si(CN2)4] and RbRE[Ge(CN2)4], respectively. Luminescence properties of Ce3+, Eu3+, and Tb3+ doped compounds and non-linear optical properties (NLO) of KRE[Ge(CN2)4] are reported. |
