Development of control system of metallic inclusions in granular materials based on the method of scanning signal

Popis: The urgent problem of metallic inclusions control in the granular materials was considered in the article. The control method of metallic inclusions based on the scanning signal was proposed. A mathematical model of forming moving maximum of the magnetic field intensity by magnetic coils was developed. The design and selection of hardware components of the system was conducted. Specifically, unit of processing and signal forming was designed and manufactured. A test bench for testing developed method was made.
