Buildings must be kept in good technical condition, not allowing excessive deterioration of their technical performance or efficiency. Proper maintenance management in Agricultural Property Agency aims to prevent excessive deterioration of buildings, regardless of the lack of attention paid by tenants. The main objective consideration is an assessment of the technical condition of buildings. The analysis was conducted based on surveys of buildings by the branch of Agricultural Property Agency Olsztyn. Research shows that an assessment of the technical condition of buildings is an important element affecting the safety of construction work. It is important to perform this precisely and adhere to the recommendations contained in the interpretation, in order to prevent potential threats. In order to improve the technical condition of buildings, recommended repairs and upgrades should be made. The improvement of the technical condition of buildings should improve the standard of living and reduce the building's operating costs. |
