Popis: Spectral estimation plays a significant role in engineering practice. Along with the spreading of sensor networks, more and more data are transmitted through unreliable channel which may lead to lost data. The most common method of spectral estimation uses FFT, but this needs the whole record without data loss. This paper presents a new FFT-based method for the problem which can be used at coherent sampling. The efficiency and accuracy is demonstrated via theoretical analysis, simulation and measurement results.
