Popis:	The incidence of ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD) worldwide falls on the childbearing age. High activity of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) during pregnancy is a risk factor for the development of obstetric complications, and therefore it is necessary to control the course of diseases. Due to the lack of safety information, drug therapy is often unreasonably canceled during pregnancy. The publication provides up-to-date on the safety of basic and targeted therapy of UC and CD in pregnant.
