Popis: | In the cement rotary kiln firing system, the firing zone temperature is an important monitoring indicator reflecting the firing condition of the clinker in the kiln. The value of the firing zone temperature also indirectly reflects the heat consumption during the calcination process and the quality of the cement clinker. How to determine the setting temperature of firing zone quickly and reasonably is not only the premise to ensure the quality of cement clinker, but also an important guarantee to improve the thermal efficiency of rotary kiln. Therefore, this paper proposes a method based on case-based reasoning for setting the temperature set value of cement rotary kiln firing zone. It is verified that the algorithm can adjust the temperature set value of the firing zone online according to the change of the relevant parameter value, so as to meet the needs of clinker calcination, and has high use and promotion value. |
