| Popis: | Examines the experience accumulated in conducting checks of the reproducibility of test results as the final stage in the system of metrological assurance, in which the effectiveness of all elements of the system is rated from the standpoint of assuring comparability and unambiguity of test results. Attempts to uncover and eliminate the sources of the predominant operator, methodological, and other errors in the test, by raising the level of qualification of the laboratory workers, by seeking means to improve the test methods, and by working out recommendations for the improvement of the test apparatus or the elimination of design and technological deficiencies of this apparatus. Points out that improved precision control systems have been introduced into the laboratories of a number of departments. Concludes that the performance of reproducibility checks under the proposed organizational conditions will make it possible not only to increase the effectiveness of fuels and lubricants (FL) quality control, but also to create conditions for a changeover to the use of standard fuel and lubricant samples. |
