Popis: | 1. The relative sensitivity coefficients (Krel) were determined in the optimum chromatographie separation for a number of monoatomic phenols on two phases under isothermal conditions. It was found that the values of Krelst, represented in the form of the logarithmic dependence on the relative retention volumes, lay on straight lines. The quantitative composition of phenol fractions was determined on the basis of graphically found values of Krelst number of phenols. An evaluation is given of possible errors arising because of the insufficient reproducibility for parallel determinations of the composition from peak areas. 2. It was found that the use of a system of linear temperature programming for the separation of a number of monoatomic phenols, which was used in the “JGC-730” apparatus, makes it possible to obtain sufficiently symmetrical initial and final peaks on the chromatogram. However, under the conditions it is not possible to achieve reproducible values for the relative sensitivity coefficients. |
