Popis: In his book on the Soviet intelligentsia in the 1960s, L. G. Churchward has chosen the strategy utilized by meteorologists in ambiguous weather conditions: when in doubt about tomorrow's forecast, merely repeat as prediction the weather conditions of today. This forecast will be correct 70% of the time barring, of course, an unforeseen cyclone. In the case of the Soviet intelligentsia, this strategy is on solid ground.
