Popis:	Faced with the large number of evidences and the different proposals for dietary interventions published in the literature, this research aims to describe the existing evidence on the different nutritional interventions for weight loss in overweight and/or obese people, as well as to identify the dietary interventions that provide long-term weight loss and which may, consequently, contribute to the development of greater foundations in decision-making in nutritional clinical practice.
