Popis: | We investigate partially coherent and partially incoherent patterns (chimera states) in networks of Stuart-Landau oscillators with symmetry-breaking coupling. In particular, we study two types of chimera states, amplitude chimeras and chimera death, under the influence of time delay and noise. We find that amplitude chimeras are long-living transients, whose lifetime can be controlled by varying the noise intensity and the value of time delay. |
