Popis:	The recombinogenic effect of norfloxacin was studied in a heterozygous diploid Aspergillus nidulans strain. Both 0.8 and 1.5, μg/ml of norfloxacin produced homozygosity of recessive genes in chromosomes I and II. The same concentrations also induced crossing-over in mitotic segregants, but did not produce morphological changes or differences in the growth curve.
