Popis: | In the present work, separation and quantitative assessment of bacteriochlorophylls d and e of green sulfur bacteria (GSB) in lake water was attempted. The method developed reveals the ratio of green- and brown-colored GSB in natural water by measurement of absorption spectra of the pigments in the extracts from environmental samples. |
