Popis: | One of the commonly used types of optoelectronic devices in biomedical applications is a spectrometer based on a concave diffraction grating and CCD photodetector located on the Rowland circle. Over time, the calibration of the device due to mechanical changes in the position of the elements in the optical scheme deteriorates. The paper deals with the method of compensation of calibration of the spectrometer, which does not require disassembly of the device. It is proposed to use a two-site photodiode that controls the position of the zero order of diffraction, which allows to automatically calibrate the device. |
