Popis: | Quality in agile is perceived as customer satisfaction but currently facing many challenges. According to the international organization of standards, quality is the sum of properties of an object which fulfills the direct or indirect requirements of stakeholders. If quality cannot be measured, it cannot be achieved. However, it could be measured with the help of product metrics—these metrics classified into different categories, primarily based on the situation and context of use. However, the appropriate metrics to measure the website quality is missing from the literature. The quality of the apparel website is a pulsating topic. This research work is based on subjective evaluation of apparel websites, and the results of this case study are the list of website quality metrics. |
