Popis: | 153 patients underwent outpatient laparoscopic sterilization under sodium pentothal-nitrous oxide anesthesia combined with succinyl choline and tracheal intubation. Anesthesia techniques are described in detail. In 42 patients recovery was assessed by means of the Trieger Dot Test. The test was administered preanesthesia immediately postanestheia and at discharge from the recovery room. Average patient recovery time was 81 minutes. 144 of the 153 patients responded to a questionnaire and cited sore throat hoarseness nausea and a feeling of "having been drugged" as postoperative complaints. |
