Popis:	1. 1. Two cases showing complete A-V block with alternating periods of normal rhythm and normal conduction time are reported. 2. 2. In both cases frequent Adams-Stokes seizures occurred during the period of fluctuating rhythm. 3. 3. In one case definitely and in the other probably, permanent A-V dissociation was eventually established with the disappearance of syncopal attacks.
