Popis:	For 90% of patients with psoriasis, the condition follows an unremitting course interspersed with periods of remission and/or relapse, the time period and severity of which is unpredictable. There is no cure for psoriasis. It can be treated topically or systemically in the expectation of suppression or inducing a remission. This article details the challenges in finding an optimum management regimen that may achieve either for a patient.
