Popis:	Peters and Waterman (1983) have reviewed and profiled some of America's leading corporations, in order to determine what might account for their success. This paper reviews Peters' and Waterman's basic tenets and draws parallels for occupational therapy. The outcome of their comprehensive review research is used to support these contentions and recommendations for action on a departmental or unit level are discussed.
