Popis:	Aesthetic and functional reconstruction of the nose may be effectively and efficiently carried out utilizing the precise midline vertical forehead flap. A strong and vigorous flap nourished by the paired dorsal nasal branches of the supratrochlear arteries, the midline flap furnishes abundant tissue of ideal color match for the repair and camouflage of substantial defects of all nasal anatomic components. Properly repaired, the forehead donor site remains inconspicuous.
