Popis: | This paper focuses on the improvement of the gauge control accuracy of head and tail of cold rolled strip with the control strategy based on fuzzy rule switching. The exact mathematical model of the head and tail rolling is hard to be developed because of the lager parameters perturbation, external disturbance, etc, which results in the gauge oversizing of head and tail segment. This article proposes a control approach based on fuzzy rule switching which combines the fuzzy adaptive control and the conventional PID control. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed strategy can improve the gauge control precision, reduce the out-gauge length of the head and tail segment and the system instability caused by traditional threshold switching is avoid. The plate yield has been increased. |
