The article describes a method for identifying the production defects of high-precision positioning systems using principal component analysis. This approach is necessary to determine the presence and a production defect type of the end product. The basis of the developed approach is the use of the principal components projection method and the classification method of k-means. The program was developed in the package of Labview implementing the proposed method. Experimental studies using the dynamic characteristics of the magnetization proportional solenoid hydraulic drives were carried out. The proposed method performance and effectiveness were proved. |
