The article considers personnel controlling as a leading place in the management system in all areas of the economy. A discussion of theoretical approaches to the definition of the essence, significance and development of the personnel controlling system is presented. The special importance of the controlling system in the control and supervisory activities of the state and municipal service is emphasized. An analysis was made of the development of the personnel controlling system in the state and municipal service in order to introduce effective mechanisms for personnel policy in the activities of control and supervisory bodies. As a result of the analysis, concrete results were obtained and directions for the development of the controlling system in the state and municipal service were developed. In conclusion, the main conclusions are summarized. In this work, methods of sociological research, synthesis, analysis, comparison were used. |
