The article considers the provisions formulated by presidential Decrees № 474 of July 21, 2020 “On national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030” and № 204 of May 7, 2018 “On national goals and strategic objectives for the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024”, which are dedicated to achieving digital maturity in the healthcare sector. The analysis of digitalization development in medical institutions is carried out; considers the issues of legal support of safety of high-tech equipment, computer hardware, property owned by medical institution; the mechanism of material responsibility for safety of these objects, examples of complex practical situations related to the dismissal of responsible employees. |
