Popis:	Commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) refers to sex trafficking of minors under the age of 18 and involves engagement in any sexual act in exchange for anything of value, irrespective of force, fraud, or coercion. Force, fraud, or coercion do not have to exist or be proven to consider transactional sexual acts with minors as CSEC. This chapter focuses on the characteristics of CSEC and the medical care for young people who have been trafficked for sex.
