The topic of the final qualification work: ""Comparative assessment of the quality of haberdashery products for hair and the development of recommendations to increase sales in a retail trade enterprise (by order of LLC" TEMTA "). This work is devoted to the assessment of the quality of hair products sold by LLC "TEMTA" and the development of recommendations to increase sales in a retail trade enterprise. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Consider the factors influencing the consumer properties of the product, and determine the requirements for its quality. 2. Conduct a comparative assessment of the quality of haberdashery goods from different manufacturers, with a justification for the choice of samples and research methods. 3. To develop recommendations on the choice of goods for consumers and trade enterprises based on the analysis of the results of sample studies. 4. Analyze the actual assortment of goods of the retail trade enterprise and, on the basis of data on the study of consumer preferences, develop proposals for its improvement. The research was carried out on the basis of the laboratory for the examination of consumer goods of the Higher School of Economics and Technology. The work uses standard and generally recognized research methods in commodity science: organoleptic, physical and mechanical, physicochemical. As a result, it was found that such goods as: rubber bands, headbands, crabs, invisibility are in the greatest demand. Sample 4, made in Italy, has higher values of consumer properties among those studied in the work. Based on the analysis of the survey, a proposal was formed to increase sales in the retail trade enterprise TEMTA LLC. |
