Popis: | Dry coating technologies offer the steel industry a wide range of new possibilities. In this context, CRM develops a new process for evaporation under vacuum : the JVD (Jet Vapor Deposition).JVD is a PVD system featured by heating one or several evaporation crucibles by induction, mixing metallic vapours in a temperature- controlled chamber and ejecting the vapors through a single ejector positioned close to the strip. JVD combines the flexibility of inductive vacuum technology with a high productivity. These characteristics make JVD compatible with industrial requirements, namely productivity and efficiency. |
