Popis:	The isomorphous structures of 2-[2-(2-ethyl-2,3-dihydro-2-benzofuranyl)]-2-imidazolinium [(+)-efaroxan cation] chloride, C 13 H 17 N 2 O + .Cl - , and bromide, C 13 H 17 N 2 O + .-Br-, have been determined. The absolute configuration of the active molecule (efaroxan) could be resolved only in the hydrobromide salt, the structure of which is reported. (+)-Efaroxan has the R configuration.
