Popis:	We studied long-turm results of treatment of ischial decubitus ulcers and had the conclusion as follows. Many cases of ischial decubitus ulcers had recurrence and a prevention of the recurrence was difficult, even if a good cushion was constructed by using a muscle flap.It seemed that a recurrence rate was diminished by partial resection of the ischial tubercle.
