Popis: | Тема вÑпÑÑкной квалиÑикаÑионной ÑабоÑÑ: «ÐоÑÑовой кÑан гÑÑзоподÑемноÑÑÑÑ 100 Ñонн». ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑабоÑа поÑвÑÑена пÑоекÑиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÑана моÑÑового Ñипа, его меÑаллоконÑÑÑÑкÑии гÑÑзоподÑемной Ñележки, оÑнаÑенной Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ пеÑÐµÐ´Ð²Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð¼ подÑема. ÐадаÑи, коÑоÑÑе ÑеÑалиÑÑ Ð² Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. ÐзÑÑение пÑоÑоÑипов и ÑиповÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑÑÑкÑий моÑÑовÑÑ ÐºÑанов. 2. ÐÑполнение Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼ÑÑ ÑаÑÑеÑов Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿ÑоекÑиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ вÑпÑÑка конÑÑÑÑкÑоÑÑкой докÑменÑаÑии. 3. ÐÑполнение ÑкономиÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑаÑÑеÑов и опÑеделение ÑÑебований безопаÑноÑÑи. РабоÑа пÑоведена на базе лабоÑаÑоÑии вÑÑÑей ÑÐºÐ¾Ð»Ñ ÑÑанÑпоÑÑа, где, пÑи помоÑи инÑеÑÐ½ÐµÑ ÑеÑÑÑÑов, ÑпÑавоÑнÑÑ Ð¼Ð°ÑеÑиалов и аÑлаÑов ÑобиÑалаÑÑ Ð·Ð½Ð°ÑиÑелÑÐ½Ð°Ñ ÑаÑÑÑ Ð¼Ð°ÑеÑиала, пÑименÑемого на дейÑÑвÑÑÑем пÑоизводÑÑве. The theme of the final qualifying work: "Overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 100 tons". This work is devoted to the design of a bridge type crane, its metal structure of a lifting trolley equipped with a movement mechanism and a lifting mechanism. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Study of prototypes and standard designs of overhead cranes. 2. Performing the necessary calculations for the design and release of design documentation. 3. Perform economic calculations and determine safety requirements. The work was carried out on the basis of the laboratory of the Higher School of Transport, where, with the help of Internet resources, reference materials and atlases, a significant part of the material used in the existing production was collected. The design calculations necessary for the implementation of design documentation were carried out. As a result, an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 100 tons was designed. The created design provided a reduction in the dimensions of the trolley and the crane as a whole, which significantly contributed to the savings in the material spent and the space occupied on the production site. |
