The ease of access to information and communication technologies for the citizens is one of the major priorities, that are stated in the government program «Information Society». Information and communication technologies are implemented into everyday routine of inhabitants. This paper attempts to statistically analyze the digitalization of households in terms of information and communication technologies accessibility. The major statistical indicators set of households digitization was formed and analyzed. Cross section dynamic analysis of information and communication technologies use by the Russian population was made. The regions of the Russian Federation (RF) were classified according to the level of households and individuals digitization. Integrated indices were used in the comparative analysis of the RF regions. The differentiation distance in household digitization was measured. |
