Popis:	Immobilization of penicillin G acylase was investigated on porous alumina and alumina treated with polyethyleneimine. The latter treatment increased the percent expression by 63 % and decreased the adsorption by 40 % indicating a crucial role of the hydrophobicity of alumina in adsorption and catalysis by, adsorbed penicillin G acylase.
