Seeking to address this diligence of participation and accessibility at the elderly, the overall objective of this study was to analyze how the inclusion of older people in participatory design activities can contribute to the development of software that provides accessibility and a good experience to end users. Ten sessions were held with participatory activities adapted for a group of elderly and a typing aid tool was developed taking into account the experiences and opinions of the sample obtained during the sessions. The results obtained through usability and satisfaction tests showed that the participants are satisfied with the tool. It is concluded that new sessions are appropriate, providing new analyzes of other participatory methods, as well as new requirements can be implemented in the developed tool. |
