Popis:	Performance of the secondary coolant circuit rupture algorithm in different operating modes of the Novovoronezh NPP Unit 5 is considered by carrying out studies on a full-scale training simulator. The revealed shortcomings of the algorithm causing excessive actuations of the protection are pointed out, and recommendations for removing them are outlined.
