This broughtusto study hormonal status of vulva cancer patients depending on treatment efficacy Methods: we present comparative analysis of hormonal status of vulva cancer patients in two groups: group 1 (50 patients) without relapse of the disease in 5-year period, and group 2 (35 patients) with relapse developed within the first year. Blood concentrations of testosterone, progesterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone were determined in all patients under study by means of radiometric methods. Estrone, estradiol, estriol with subsequent calculation of their sum were determined in daily urine by Brown method. Results: In the presence of effect (group 1) initial total amount of estrogens was twice as large than in its absence.
