Objective To investigate the value of serum miRNA 6503-5p (miR6503-5p) combined with pepsinogen ratio (PGR) in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer. Methods: 94 patients (gastric cancer group) with gastric cancer confirmed by pathological examination and 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis collected by Department of Pathology in our hospital were selected as the control group, the serum levels of pepsinogen (PG I, PG II) and miR6503-5p were measured in the two groups, and the value of the two indexes in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was analyzed by ROC.
