Popis: | An electro-hydraulic hybrid driving strategy for hard rock tunnel boring machine (TBM) cutterhead system was proposed to solve the inconsequence of power over-installed and inadequate driving capability of traditional pure electro-motor driving method. Firstly, the electro-hydraulic driving system was functional introduced and designed to match a 2.5m diameter TBM test rig, then the model of multiple electro-motors and hydro-motors were founded in Simulink and AMEsim respectively. Finally, using S-function described multiple gear ring meshing mechanical transmission system to connect electric and hydraulic motor, hybrid driving system was analyzed using co-simulation method. The results show that hydraulic motors could track the speed and torque of main-motor accurately, and the hybrid driving system owns significant stronger off-struck ability with lower assembled power. |
